Oklahoma - Procedures for Qualifying a Foreign Corporation in Oklahoma

This is a form for applying to register for a Corporation formed in a state other then Oklahoma to be able to do business in Oklahoma. The cost is $300 for a Nonprofit Corporation and $300 for a For Profit Corporation or $1.00 per $1,000.00 of the company's Total Authorized Capital (TAC), whichever number is greater.
